OGRA to establish regional offices in Peshawar, Quetta
PESHAWAR: Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) to established regional offices soon in Peshawar and Quetta to facilitate the public and take action on their complaints on time.
These views were expressed in a meeting held here in a local hotel of Peshawar presided by chairperson OGRA, Uzma Adil. Finance member OGRA, Noor-ul-Haq, General Manager Sui Gas Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Arbab Saqib, oil and gas KP representative Razi-ud-Din, CNG Association, Fazal Qayum, Abdul Hafiz and large number of experts were also present on this occasion.
Addressing in a consultative session, Chairperson Uzma Adil said OGRA has higher a best consultant. The consultant would be prepared a comprehensive and detailed report in the next five years to take steps to stop USG.
Uzma said these kinds of seminars would be organized in Karachi, Lahore and Peshawar. She said the purpose of the seminar is to getting suggestions of the experts about disadvantages of USG and OGRA would be review in the light of technical experts’ opinion.
