Salam Murghi (Full Chicken) : 1 KG

Potatoes : 1/2 KG

Ginger : 1 inch piece

Tomato : cut ( 1 )

Hurry Mirch : 6 items

Garlic : 6 pieces

Mint : 2, 4 pieces

curd (dahi) : 250 Gram

Recipe : Cut potatoes in large pieces. fry all the potatoes in oil. figure oil and salt on chicken and keep it aside for some time. fry oil in open pot and cook chicken in it for half and hour. put all the masalas in it and cook tell potatoes not cooked. now mixed the remaining masalas like tomato, garam masala, and mint. amazing murgh aaloo (Potato Chicken) is ready. Serve it with tomatoes and mint.
